Find a single protein of interest to you. This may be a protein from your own research or research group, or one you choose from Entrez or Swiss-Prot databases.
Examine the protein for functional attibutes by:

Prosite-Scan
For each result, comment on what functions you discover in your protein sequence. State whether each findings is significant:
1) statistically based on expectation frequencies or scores2) biologically based on your knowledge of the function of the protein and its metabolism
