"Direct Incorportation of Cy3 and Cy5 through PCR "
Hi,
Does anyone have experience labeling genomic DNA with Cy3 and Cy5 labeled dNTPs through a direct incorporation PCR reaction (30+cycles)? If so, what enzymes work best and under what conditions. How does it compare to a random primer/indirect labeling?
Thanks
