jkday Dec-05-01, 12:32 PM (PDT) "Direct Incorportation of Cy3 and Cy5 through PCR " Hi, Does anyone have experience labeling genomic DNA with Cy3 and Cy5 labeled dNTPs through a direct incorporation PCR reaction (30+cycles)?
