"About the immobilization rate of Oligos"
LAST EDITED ON Jul-07-02 AT 08:43 AM (PDT)

We used QIAGEN Operon 70mer Oligo(Human and Yeast) to print on Corning CMT-GAPS coated slides, Telecom SuperAldehyde slides, and Easyspot Oligo slides. All the postprocess and wash steps are follow the manual of the slides. But the signal scanned with scanarray 3000 is very weak while it is quite good when applied the same probe to cDNA microarray. we suspect it is because of the low immobilization rate after some verification, can somebody kindly told us how to improve the immobilization rate of Oligos on these slide? Thanks a lot.
