mmcd Aug-08-02, 08:15 AM (PDT) "Wash Buffer" We are using the Clontech Spotlight Chemiluminescent Hybridization and Detection kit for microarrays. We have had a few problems with the kit, the main one that is holding us back from contiuning our work is that they did not supply each kit with enough 4X Wash Buffer. We dilute the 4X wash buffer to 1x. What are other people using for this step? Does anyone happen to know if it is possible to make our own 4X wash. Is there a similar solution people are using that does the same thing? Clonetech has it on back order. They have the rights to the ingredients.
