"RNA quality"
I intend to do the microarray experiments with RNA isolated using good old CsCl-gradient technique. I am dealing with the pancreas RNA (and would like to be on the safe side with the RNA-ses, of course) and, after many different procedures tested, I came out with the CsCl that gave the nicest results on the gels.
I wander if the CsCl could in any way interfere with the downstream applications.
Has anyone got any experience with the RNA isolated in that way?

Thanks,

Milka
