chitranshu Jun-10-04, 09:35 PM (PDT) "authentic spots or artifacts" i am regularly doing microarray experiments using amershams indirect labeling kit using amino allyl dUTPs. i have obtained a slide which has either green spots or red spots but very few yellow spots( almost negligible). i have never come across such a slide before.I would like to know what might be the possible reasons for this and wether the results can be considered reliable or may be an artifact.
