"glycogen incompatibilities"
Is anyone aware of any incompatibilities/problems between glycogen (used to increase yield of DNA/RNA percipitation) and labeling with Cy-3/5 dUTP and or hybridization to cDNA arrays?

Stratagene sells a kit for Cy-labeling called "FairPlay Microarray Labeling kit". In the protocol, glycogen is added before DNA precipitation. So maybe that means that there is no incompatibility..... But maybe not! Because I used this kit, and got very bad results.
