Chantal Jan-10-01, 11:08 AM (PDT) 1. "RE: glycogen incompatibilities" Stratagene sells a kit for Cy-labeling called "FairPlay Microarray Labeling kit". In the protocol, glycogen is added before DNA precipitation. So maybe that means that there is no incompatibility..... But maybe not! Because I used this kit, and got very bad results.
