"aRNA labelling with aadUTP and random hexamers?"

Terry Oct-19-01, 11:15 AM (PDT) "aRNA labelling with aadUTP and random hexamers?" Is the protocol for aadUTP labelling (from Rosetta Infarmatics and Joe Derisi) suitable for labelling aRNA (amplified antisense RNA)? The only difference would be using random hexamers and not oligo dT---correct? Is there any reason why there would be a problem?
