debbie Apr-16-02, 02:46 AM (PDT) "cy3 problems using genisphere kit" i perform dual channel cDNA microarrays using both the genishpere protocol and kits. I am currently experencing proplems with the cy3 capture reagent in that i'm getting low signal with high background. I have tried most things including the 2-step hybridisation protocol suggested by genisphere. I do not believe that it is anything to do with the RNA i am using or indeed the scanner i use to scan my slides. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why my cy3 capture reagent is suddenly started to produce very poor results?.
