"Using ScanAlyze"
Microarrays are brand new to me, and I am trying to find someone who has experience working with ScanAlyze. I have a multitude of questions. Has anyone had troubles with their parts of their grid control menu not working? I cannot seem to get the "delete grids", "button actions" (move, stretch, tilt, etc.), and "refine" button to work? I was also wondering if there is a way to alter the parameters of a grid once it's created.
Thanks!

I am also new to microarrays, and I do not have answers for you. I am doing a project for a statistics class using ScanAlyze Data. data at http://genome-www.stanford.edu/swisnf

I have been reading about using raw data in an analysis in different mixed models as in Wolfinger et al. "Assessing Gene Significanc from cDNA Microarray Expression Data via Mixed Models". I am trying to figure out how people analyze microarray data using only the ratios.

Please e-mail me any suggestions at dtoleno@hotmail.com
