qbi Feb-14-02, 01:17 AM (PDT) "array data transfer with MAGE-ML" Hi there, is there any microarray application (database or data analysis) which supports MAGE-ML ? MAGE-ML (http://www.mged.org/Workgroups/MAGE/mage.html) is the new standard (OMG group) to describe (gene expression) microarray experiments. Our company supports PartisanXML, an XML format for a database system to tranfer data from microarray facilities to microarray customers.
