sagarg Mar-07-01, 03:07 AM (PDT) "Help needed on prices" Hi, can anyone help me regarding the typical cost of a fluorescence DNA array system (including the laser and detector systems). cliu Mar-07-01, 09:49 PM (PDT) 1. "RE: Help needed on prices" The most common system used with MGuide style arrayers are the GenePix 4000A or 4000B scanners by Axon Instruments (http://www.axon.com). A page on the 4000B scanner can be found here: http://www.axon.com/GN_GenePix4000.html. Based on information on their web site, it costs $55,000 (US Dollars) and comes with three dongles (copy-protect hardware keys required for using the accompanying software).
