Responsibilities of the position include amplification and purification of cDNA inserts%2C printing high density microarrays%2C isolation of pituitary and hypothalamic tissues%2C extraction of RNA%2C hybridization of DNA microarrays%2C and analysis of global gene expression. Bachelor%27s degree in biology or related discipline required. Doctor of philosophy in a related field is preferred. Prior experience in molecular biology%2C including RNA isolation and Northern blot analysis is also required.
