Oligos are synthesized on an ABI 394 or ABI 3900 DNA/RNA instruments.

• In addition, up to 96 oligos at a time can be synthesized using a custom made instrument developed at Stanford, the AMOS machine.

Chemistry

All DNA and RNA syntheses are performed using beta-cyanoethyl phosphoramidite chemistry.

Synthesis Scales

• 40 nmol, 0.2 umol, 1.0 umol, and 10 umol scale syntheses are available.
• 20 nmol scale synthesis is available for orders of 24 oligos or more.

Purification

• Oligos synthesized on a 40 nmol, 0.2 umol, or 1.0 umol scale may be purified for an additional charge.
• No purification is available for the 20nmol scale.
