Besides the web pages for Networking, Remote Access, Software, and Security, Stanford ITSS has an involved web database of commonly asked questions with directions for completing common tasks. Whenever you cannot solve a problem on your own, the first contact point is your lab Computer Captain, who can then direct your problem to the Local Network Administrator if a resolution is beyond his or her control. |

Computer-Based Training Over 200 self-paced, interactive courses are available to all members of the campus community with Windows 95 or NT and a SUNet ID. The course can be taken online while connected to the CBT Web server, or they can be downloaded to be used when and where you choose. |
