Department of Biochemistry The Department of Biochemistry includes seven members of the National Academy of Sciences and two Nobel Laureates. Research occurs within a small, flexible environment based on shared lab space with access to state-of-the-art equipment. Graduate training benefits from a close interaction with the faculty in a cooperative, collegial environment that encourages frequent and informal communications which are so vital for gaining insight and perspective amid the fast-paced challenges of modern research. |
