Making a reservation is a commitment to use the scheduled time. When making a reservation, you are agreeing to the following policies:

1. If you fail to show up for your scheduled time, you will be billed for the full length of the reservation.
2. You may delete, without penalty, reserved time up to one day before your reservation. On the day of your reservation, deletions can be made by calling the PAN facility. To avoid being charged for reserved, unused time, you must talk to a PAN facility staff person and request your reservation be deleted 2 hours prior to your scheduled start time. If we find another user who can use your reserved, but not needed time, you will not be charged.
3. If you do not use all of your reserved time, we request that you let the PAN facility know so that we may make your unused time available to other users.

One of the most significant determinants of the success of your analysis will be the preparation. Thus researchers are strongly encouraged to discuss strategy with us before sample preparation.
