2. What is your turnaround time?
When samples are dropped off by the deadline, results are linked on our website by Noon the following business day.
RXN’s NOT COMPLETED - Drop-off deadline is 10:00am.
RXN’s COMLETED – Drop-off deadline is 2:00pm

**For “Custom” primers, please add the 2ul of primer into your tubes, for a total volume of 12ul.
6. Why does my data look bad?
There are a few reasons for “bad” data. Please go to our webpage “Data Interpretation” to find the cause and cure for bad data. Remember most reruns and resequences are free.
7. Why can’t I download my data?
One reason maybe that there is a typo when creating the links, or the data has not finished downloading onto the server. Please contact us immediately if you are unable retrieve your results.
