**You will receive an email from us whenever your order is completed; or you can check the status of your order from our website.

**Your order will be ready for pick up in room B065 (across from the Bistro cafeteria).
What are the available scales for a synthetic peptide? (back to top)
** 25 umole: standard scale for the Symphony/Multiplex instrument (NO purification available)
**0.25 mmole: standard scale for ABI 433A instrument.
What is the minimum scale for a purified peptide? (back to top)
**We recommend 0.25 mmol scale for a HPLC purified peptide.
What are the expected yields for non-purified and purified peptides? (back to top)
**Non-purified peptide:
25 micromoles: normally yield 20-30 mg for a crude 20-mer.
0.25 millimoles: normally yield 300-400 mg for a crude 20-mer.

**Purified peptide:
Under normal synthetic conditions, where the product of interest constitutes the majority of the preparation, yields are of the order of 50%.
